Nice black bear.  Store closes early

I have lived here now for over 2 years. Linda is the manager of the camp ground. Her and all of the other residents that live here are very nice and the views here are beautiful. Highly recommend for the every day camper/vacationer or for those looking for a beautiful place to call home. Also, for the person claiming to have reserved with their credit card in advance, that's a lie. This camp ground does not have a card reader and does not accept them. Perhaps you mixed up the name with a different camp ground.

Describing my experience owners rude and snobbish my camper was not perfect enough to stay even for a day. I'm a hard working man and did not enjoy being treated as low class perhaps it was the color of my skin and they did not want people of color. God made me who I am and unfortunately racism is alive and well. Stay if you like but make sure you meet their standards good luck

No cell phone signal, on the edge of nowhere between loveland and Estes Park, the manager is crazy, they are cheap at $400/mo but have a 15yr trailer age restriction when some of the trailers there looked like they were constructed from dilapidated outhouses and the spaces are VERY close together.
