Cozy out in the Country or the woods style RV Park. Nice river runs right alongside the RV park. Great bathrooms, roomy spots. Lots of activities here and friendly people everywhere. Great place to get your rv skirted

I will be honest, the park is nice and it has some unique amenities like a dog park, bathrooms with personal showers, and a washers and dryers; but I would rather tough it out by myself then ever deal with any of the staff or owners. I have camped for a couple weekends over the years and also stayed longterm for a while. There are rules everyone is supposed to follow regarding animals and structures on your lot but they are very inconsistent with who they enforce it with and none of them follow the standard. They prefer to threaten calling the cops on anyone's children they deem "acting out of control" and will sometimes become physical with kids and adults alike because they think they can get away with it. The current owner (Bruce) is a bully. He is one of the nastiest people I've had to deal with in a while. He only cares about his spot and the select people he likes. If you get on his bad side he will take things off your property, try to fine you and try to evict you (illegally, he doesn't follow the proper protocol). As a final note, their tiny house community is a joke. It's far too expensive to be worth it and they have a serious sewage issue that makes the whole place reek. They were supposed to make the lots nice and welcoming but so far only Bruce has had his lot renovated and it's been 2 1/2 years since they started the project (trust me, it's not a big enough place to have any excuse for the lack of work done).

Maintenance and other employees seem to think the park rules do not apply to them (pet policies, noise/children screaming during quiet hours/ verbally threatening other campers/ campground boundaries). Need to trim some of their trees- heavy winds blow through this area and we have had many dead branches fall onto our 5th wheel and vehicle. Decent park with lots of wildlife. Just outside of town so you dont feel like you are living in the city. Many rv sites are very close together. We were told we had to move out after the office went out of their way to print out notices & stick them to everyone's door about rent increase for tourist season. Happy to stay here and happy to leave

Full disclosure - I have not stayed here. My review is based on a quick drive through the park so I cannot speak to the staff or facilities. There are a number of back-in sites along the north east part of the park that back up to the river. There is not a lot of space between sites but there are scattered shade trees. A 45’ bus could fit in some of the spaces that are across from other access roads or open spaces that could be used in navigating into the sites. There are also interior sites - both small back in sites and larger pull through sites. They have even less space between them and there are more long term guests and junk scattered around. The sites along the river are far nicer. Verizon 4G LTE service is good at the park.

Our 1st time staying here.I also have to mention that it was our 1st time pulling a 5th wheel. As we had never pulled anything so big before, the acessibility of the spaces made it a breeze. Arriving @ 9:30 pm didn"t seem to make a difference parking.Whew! The staff seem to love what they do and that made me know that i had made the right choice.Attitude counts!!!! Only regret we have is that we only stayed 8 days. But! We remedied that by booking a 2 week stay this year! Now if we can talk them into letting us become full time residents...(wink,wink). Woodsy.Relaxing.Friendly.Events oriented. You decide. We did!!!!
