Story

We are a full service hook-up RV park for Fully Self Contained Units we do not supply restrooms that is why you must be self contained to stay with us Sorry no tenting unless you are with a RV. You can Have your Celebration of many kinds and we can help plan that here, You can be in and out in a day or evening ,or Spend the entire weekend with your Guest here, it is up to you and your Budget. We do not have a Alcohol Lic to serve but you may bring your own. Do nothing or do it all . Rent a section or the Park it is up to you!!

North Shore is a RV Park and General Store that supplies Carter Lake, Flatiron Res and Pinewood Lake with the Goodies it needs for camping, Boating, etc. Located 10miles west of Berthoud and 12miles west of Loveland. North end of Carter lake just past the Marina if entering from Berthoud or just Before the Marina if entering from Loveland.
No need for a park Permit if staying with us We do not do REFUNDS so you need to be sure that is what you want to do and when you want to stay, you will have to purchase a Park pass if you intend to use the Lake's.
Nightly rates $40.00 Reg weekends and $45.00 holidays full service sites. Dry RV Camp sites are $25.00 Reg weekends and $30.00 Holidays. We are sorry but we NO longer can except Dogs the past has prove to have had too many problems All sites have Firepits for camp fire not bonfire. Picnic Tables provided. At Checkin you will receive Rules and a fire bucket to help put it out at night and return it at checkout :). We have a full service Store. Ice, Firewood , Beer and wine Coolers and everything in-between. Hope to See you!!! Happy Camping :) We have a Few Monthly spots it is a Adult Park long term parking only allows 1 person per unit we are on a well and septic so we must limit to 1. Monthly fee is $650.00 plus Elec. We no Longer can offer Tent sites unless it is Private Large Event with Reservation. On the Holiday 3 day weekends we like to provide Music entertainment when possible so do not miss out Book one of those times :) Thank you.
PETS:
Although we love pets, we do not allow them on our property or in the tiny homes with the exception of Service Animals. An additional cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to any guest who violates this policy. Definition of Service Animal: Per Colorado House Bill 16-1426, Section 1(b), “The term 'service animal' has a distinct meaning in the law. A service animal means a dog or miniature horse trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability and whose work or task is directly related to the individual's disability. Under the law, the provision of emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship does not constitute the work or tasks of a service animal.” Intentional misrepresentation of entitlement to an assistance animal is a criminal offense.
