I was in the store on 8/24/17  around 8pm and needed a stuffed lamb/ sheep for a diaper cake that I was working on for my sister. As I walked in I was greeted by an Associate I cannot remember her name. I got the best service from her. She was so kind, and took the extra step to go to the back to find me the lamb. She put a smile on my face after running around looking for this stuffed animal everywhere. Thank you so much nice lady. I hope your boss sees and reads this message. Thank you again

Extremely poor customer service. I have been here multiple occasions and every time I leave bugged and upset. Most recently, I was not able to purchase an item and return other items at one time and was asked to get back in line (with a screaming toddler). Service like this just doesn't allow any mother to shop in the store.

I must say it was such a pleasure to shop for my babies in this store. Cristina and Brenda were extremely helpful and always had a smile on as they had their hands full with the amount of customers on that day. I love that Carters has a great selection of clothes at a decent price. Nice to know I can visit this little spot anytime I'm in culver city and receive great service. Keep it up Carters!
