Like other people have posted this place is horrible. I went in to get the lining of my dress shoes replaced and the soles redone. He hands me a ticket and says that they would be ready on Friday at 6 (it was Monday). So I went back on Friday at around 6:15 (I had just gotten off work). And he hadn't even started on my shoes, in fact... the shoes were thrown in a box with the other shoes he was supposed to fix. The guy doesn't care a bit about the work he does. He has no customer service skills and all he does is make excuses. Whatever you do, don't go there. The dry cleaners aren't bad, the tailor there isn't bad, but the shoe service SUCKS!
