It was a busy Saturday morning, but the employees were helpful and they made sure the lines were going fast.  

Maybe it was a busy morning, but it seemed a bit crowded with all the clothes rack out all in the middle of the aisles, but all in all, I was happy with what I experienced.

The day staff is AMAZING!! Always greet me, ask if I need help finding anything, or ask if I want a bag for my stuff. The night staff is different. Act like they don't want to be there. Will continue to only go in the morning/early afternoon.

Staff were very rude. Nobody greeted me as I entered the store, possibly due to the fact I was Asian. Aside from the fact both customers and employees were constantly whispering about me and had their eyes on me the whole time. When I went to ring up, employee was really rude. According to the pin pad, my transaction had been accepted however, she voided the transaction and so I called it quits. Worst experience at any Carters yet. I prefer Roseville Carter's.
