Excellent Customer Service; my return was a piece of cake!! At this particular visit, I had a return of over $315 worth of various items. When I first walked inside and over to the checkout line, I didn’t even have to wait 30 seconds. The man at the register had a big smile on his face while he greeted me. From start to finish, he was a total gentleman, perfectly respectful and very kind. The return process itself was the absolute quickest and easiest I’ve EVER experienced, and I didn’t even have to get out my credit card or anything!! I was in and out in less than 3 minutes!! This man could write the book on customer service. (I think we can all agree that there has been a decline in proper customer service as it has deteriorated over the past few years). I’ve had horrible experiences recently at more than one kind of store. So this really did stand out as exemplary service and it was like a dream come true. Thank you for making it so EASY at your store!

The place runs hot and cold for items and service. Sometimes the staff are nice sometimes they are not so nice. Not a good selection for plus size women. Zero for big men. Handbags seem worn out and still expensive. In the past I got a few items here and there. Just don’t have what I need for myself most of the time.

I love Nordstorm Rack at MOA, so I was so excited about this one in Woodbury, but I sure was dissapointed the two times I went there. The women selection of clothes is very, very limited. I will stick to the one at MOA.
