Nice store, clean, the staff is nice, a lot of merchandise! My Husband found the Nikes he's been looking for and they were $20.00 cheaper than Scheels!

Went in for a pair of boots and received the worst customer service.  The woman who helped us did not listen to our concerns, and she told us that she thought the boots we wanted were "not even cute in my opinion."  She did not know the price of the boots that we discussed.  Instead, she told us the price she "remembered" and then proceeded to tell us to get cheaper boots from somewhere else that would do the same thing.  We inquired about another pair of boots and if they were in stock.  Without looking at the inventory, she said they were out of stock and the boots were seasonal.  She also joked with her other sales associates as they passed while we in the middle of asking questions.  What the hell Dick's?  With that quality of customer service, it felt like we walked into a Walmart.

Poor shape. Employees didn't want to help with anything, one was borderline insulting in the shoe department. Had a Nike Swingman sweatshirt that was no less than 3 years old on the manequin, offered to purchase it right on the spot off the manequin as none of these were to be found anywhere in the store, employee said "too much trouble" and walked away. Horrible staff and the store is a disorganized pigpen. Dick's game has gone to pot, fix it now before you go the way of Sports Authority.

Terrible customer service. The employees could benefit from some training. Thank goodness for online shopping, too bad the online description wasn't 100% accurate...
