I placed an online order yesterday to pick up on my way to the airport today. It was after 3 when I called to find out the status of my order. I kept getting excuses about the computer system being down, about trying ask day to get the orders, etc. After almost 25 minutes, Someone finally was able to get in the system. Horrible service.

Drove 20 miles to get to the store with us thinking that the store closes at 9pm as it was posted online and had the hours in front of the store. We get in front of the store and the employee runs to the door and locks it right away then comes out and says we close at 8 pm now. Will never EVER go to this store if they treat paying customers like this.

Seemed like a small store with limited type of shoes mostly casual type shoes if that is what you are looking for then there are plenty of choices. Prices seemed in line with what I saw

We found the whole experience to be a waste of time. There was a very limited stock and the prices weren't impressive for an outlet.

This place today 7/25/2022 around 3:00pm had no one to help. But there were 3 employees in there. What a joke we were in there for 45 minutes and nobody asked us for help. They just stood behind the counter and it was like I bothered them when I asked a question if they had a size in stock. I have purchased 10 to 12 Paris’s of shoes here and will not be going back all because of the employees that were working there today REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great store with many shoes for kids, men and women - lots of variety - sandals, tennis, dress shoes. Some shoes are a bit pricy but they had a clearance rack. We left with a pair of sandals - sales staff friendly and helpful.

My husband and I both in our seventies were shopping for shoes. We asked the gentleman at the front desk if we could order a particular pair of shoes in a size 10. His answer was " I don't know do they even make these anymore".  He then proceeded to tell us to go to the website and look him up. As we drove away from the store he came to the front window and flipped us off. Very professional.  Lol needless to say we won't be shopping there anymore

I have purchased many pairs of shoes from this location for myself, my wife, and my four children. The selection here is great, the prices are excellent, and the service is phenomenal. Most recently, although I've had great experiences, I bought a pair of shoes for my son and they fell apart, seemingly defective.  I came to look for another pair of shoes and brought the old ones with me. Ryan, the store manager was excellent. He went out of his way to help me, and gave me a complete exchange for a new pair of shoes. That was not my intention when I came in. I was hoping for some help, but I did not expect him to exchange the shoes and give me another pair, free of charge. He also took the time to help me find the most durable pair of for my son.  He was kind, helpful, and showed excellent customer service.  Thank you to him, and I certainly recommend this store to anyone.

Sales staff went above and beyond to help out my elderly Mom find the new Step-in shoes.

I like wearing sketchers flat sole shoes for work. The memory foam on them seems ideal for long hours at work. The pair that I use most of the week has worn out and so this past Sunday I went in to get a replacement. The manager on duty was very unpleasant, however. She seemed disinterested even after trying to make small talk with her. I told her that I didn't need the box that comes with the shoes and her response was that I wouldn't be able to return the pair without a box. Wt$&@&$? Was I  coming to buy shoes then return them?  I had gone into the store very excited to get my new pair of sketchers but I left the store not sure if I will ever buy another pair. She was rude and obnoxious and I think she is not a good fit for a store that is selling consumer products...my opinion is she should be somewhere behind a desk and not dealing directly with customers. The shoes are great though!!!
