If I could leave more stars I would! Gerald and the staff at Casey's Independent Auto repair are expert level in their craft and take the time to really listen to their customers concerns and questions. They even go the extra mile to save you a few bucks if they can. 

The first time I came here my battery was having issues. I was stressed and worried and Gerald and the other front staff made me feel relaxed and taken care of. They were all so kind and checked in with my during my wait to see if I needed anything and to give me updates on their findings. They ended up charging up my battery for me at no expense. So when my oil light came on it was a no brainer who I trusted to take it to. Again I was blown away with their excellent customer service, kind demeanor and positive outlook on any situation. 

These guys are the real deal! If you love your car and want to give it the best care possible, you call these guys!

Casey’s is an upstanding business. They treat you fair at every step and are honest with you. Dealing specifically with Justin, I have had a very positive experience. He is polite and always handles follow ups with me in a timely manner. 

Additionally, I recently sold a vehicle to them and felt that they gave me a more than fair price for it.

Highly recommend Casey’s Independent Auto Repair for anyone who is looking for a trustworthy mechanic experience.

Update: The shop saw my review and called me to clear up misconceptions. The cost outlined was for both rear struts, and included the alignment. They apologized, and offered future assistance with education and window troubles. So I gotta increase my review. It's very much appreciated when a business reaches out to you.

Their cost estimate to me to replace 1 strut is +$1000. That's ridiculous. They also said replacing the shim might bring my tire back into alignment. That's not how that works. I let them change the oil, since it was there, needed doing, and isn't a difficult job, but they ended up resetting both trip settings on my odometer. I know that can sometimes happen on accident, but it would have been nice if they'd said something. I also got my car back with both front windows down. The motor is going on one, so I don't lower it unless I have to. Really didn't appreciate that. I was also charged (and refunded when I caught it) for a tire patch they didn't end up doing, since they were going to, but didn't find a leak from the nail they pulled out, so they didn't need to patch. Probably an honest mistake (I mean, the staff was friendly enough, which is why 2 starts instead of 1), but with that on top of the other things I've no intention of returning.

These guys are awesome and affordable! They fit me in last minute for a special transmission flush that i couldn't get done at my normal mechanic. They were eager to help me even though they were busy. Also very patient with all of my questions. Highly recommend.

My car died on the side of the road near mill plain. I searched Google for a place my SUV could be towed to. I called Casey's independent and they told me to have the car taken there and they would take care of it. They referred me to Chappelle's towing and the car was picked up and taken, wonderful driver as well. 
The man that answered all my calls at Casey's, Gerald, kept in contact with me about what was going on. He gave me exact prices so I knew what to expect to pay. I picked up my car without any hassle. Wonderful people and wonderful service!
