Amazing customer service! Drove my car in as it was about to stall off of Hwy 14. Made it to the shop and Ryan, the Svc Mgr tested it on the spot. Promised to get back with me in a couple of hrs. He did. The "tests" did not prove to be the problem with my car. They drove the car around. Car wouldn't "act up". Can they keep it over the wknd? Yes. I don't want to break down somewhere! When I couldn't find a ride to the airport for under $50/one way I opted to retrieve my car and take my chances. So, Ryan and his tech got my car "ready" for me to p/u. When they did, my car decided to fail! Yay! Ryan called me right back and told me the issue. The tech was on his way to get the part and they would have it fixed before closing! What!? No way! All this happened in a matter of just a few hours on a FRIDAY! Are you kidding me!? I also told Ryan my battery was 8 yrs old and I "thought" it was beginning to fail. They tested this also and told me it was fine. Honest service and quick! I was absolutely astounded by the friendly way I was treated as well as the ability to take care of me and get me back on the road quickly! It was a Friday and they could have easily postponed me and did not! They definitely won a customer!

Came in to get new brake pads and rotors in the rear. They asked for 405. I felt that was steep. Went and got other expert inspections. Ended up getting the job done for 265 elsewhere. Be careful, always get other opinions when you think something might be up.

Their tech stayed late and came in early the next day to get my vehicle up and running as soon as possible and they gave me a bit of a discount on an expensive repair job. Big props to them. I'll be coming back for sure.

These guys are absolutely the best. I totally forgot to give them a review a couple months back. I had bought a used Tacoma knowing it had some minor issues and they gave it back to me completely tuned up and running like brand new. Great customer service as well! I'll be bringing my truck back in for an oil change soon.
