Fantastic!!! The service I received was by far second to none.. admittedly I am a pretty tough customer to please but I believe credit should be given where it’s due and they definitely deserve their praises. John was excellent and i have to say if you are a military family in the Vancouver area they took great care of my family and full heartedly believe they’ll do the same with yours. I had to wait in the waiting room for a couple of hours while I had some fairly substantial work done on my pick up which gave me an opportunity to not only hear how the same  customer service I received was given to each customer after me but also the same honest straight forward information given in a way that our generation has seemed to have lost along the way. Long story short, they gained a customer so long as they are in business.

I had my car towed to Gaynor's. John the Tecnition looked at my car. Recall on motor. John gave me the best advise ever. Such a pro at helping me out. I would and will always send people to John at Gaynor's Automotive at Cascade Station in Vancouver! Thank You John!

I used to only take my vehicles to dealerships but began bringing them in to Gaynors (Cascade Park) years ago.  Because of their continued service and great work, they are the only shop we return to.  They always have gotten to the bottom of the problem quick and come in at or below their estimate every time.  Many times have they given me discounts when they do not have to and they tell me when they see other issues that I might want to address at a later time.  I am not the type to leave reviews but these guys have earned this one.  I really appreciate the hard work of all the mechanics and the great communication and great work from Kevin and John at Cascade Park.

Helpful staff that are always willing to give a customer a lift. Fair pricing and as far as I can tell so far they are trustworthy. Will return in the future when needed.

They are very honest. Went in for car repairs.  Found out my engine was blown. John was extremely honest with me. Didn't beat around the bush. Didn't try to talk me into things that I didn't need.  Would totally recommend bringing your car here
