Cash 1 has really bad customer service. They always have a big line of customers and only one or two cashiers. When they have 3 or more they are always talking and laughing and not paying attention to what they are doing. I am tired of that. I will try to pay my loan and move on to another place where they  really enjoy working with customers. Same time don't go there.

I went in for a payday loan. The first strike was the customer service I received it was horrible.  The second strike was  when the Latino girl in there didn't get my payday correct. I told her I get paid on specific days instead of her switching the days she blamed me for her mistake. I will not ever recommend a friend or family member. I would not give 1 star if i could.

Very slow service last time going there and i live right around the corner smh very bad customer service i had to wait 40 minutes just for a 1100.00 payroll check and everyone was almost closing time ao i couldnt make it no where to another check cashing in time before they close smh.

Super slow.  If you don't like your job don't work there.  If you don't like dealing with customers, don't work there.  They chit chat at the window and act unprofessional.  People come to be in and out and not deal with anything but good service and professionalism.  Neither.  Would reckon you go else where.
