Such good service here!  I knocked the set out of my wedding ring and they repaired beautifully!  I continue to go for checks and cleaning!  Also been there for several other services.  Highly recommended!

I took an invisible set and round diamond high quality cross pendant in there to get some stones replaced. First it took them over the time due to get my pendant back due to the fact they couldnt find the correct stones. Once i did get it back the stones where shooved in there(bad quality work) one of them fell back out just taking my chain off. Two of the stones where set with glue thats all over the stones making for bad quality appearance. Never will take any high end let alone anything else back to these people.

I have been coming to Cass Jewelers for 15 years and they service my watches and jewelry with the real care. The kind of care that keeps things beautiful and operational forever. When it came time for an engagement ring, they had took the time to work with me to get the right ring at the right price. They treat you like family at Cass Jewelers.

We've used Cass Jewelers many times over the last 20 years - they have always provided great service and value.  My wife still periodically takes her engagement/wedding ring there for cleaning, which I bought from Cass in 1992.

Cass is a great family owned business - we're glad to have them in the Guilford College area.
