I was in the city for only one night to celebrate my aunt's birthday and I wrote a message to the hotel telling them about it while making the reservation. What I didn't expected was the surprise: they decorated the bedroom with petals, balloons, delicious cheese cake AND a bottle of champagne. WHAT A SURPRISE!!! We just loved it! There is a beautiful basket in the lobby with nice, big, sweet, crispy apples for anybody who wants it. It's nice to get something healthy to snack when you are coming in or out of the hotel. Very cool! Now, my aunt does not speak English and the staff was still very helpful, nice and patient with her. We had breakfast included but for some reason didn't expect much about it.. Surprise again! There was bagel, croissant, muffins, eggs, cereal, yogurt, oat, juice etc DELICIOUS! Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm and we arrived at 12. the room wasn't available but they took very good care of our bags. Some of the staff that I record names was Michael at front desk and Felix who carry the luggages. Both very nice and sweet guys. I don't remember the housekeeper's name but she was amazing too! The one thing I didn't understand was: why there is a door to get to my room door?

We spent one night here and really enjoyed it. It's not a fancy place, very minimal but felt very clean. There is a little rooftop you can sit and enjoy. We received a complementary bottle of wine and room upgrade when we got there. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. It's a little inconveniently located, depending on what you're planning on doing. There wasn't a metro super close that we could use. We don't mind walking so it was fine with us.

Staff was really nice. The hotel itself kind of takes you out of the middle of the city, in a good way, but the rooms are pretty small. Also, breakfast is pretty below expectations. I would stay here again though, for the staff and location.

Always start with the positive things, right? Well, the most important thing (bed) is really comfy and huge in Cassa. The rooms are quite spacious, the staff is very friendly, and the overall impression is fine. But when looked at the details, we have strong doubts if the hotel is worth its 4 star rating. It looks like they've never spend a dollar on maintenance. The hotel is not old, but it's starting to look old already. Holes in the towels. And last but not least is the breakfast, which is mentioned in other reviews as well. Definitely not worth the 4 stars. Especially the plastic tableware is making it extra poor. Don't get me wrong. We had a nice stay in the hotel. But if a 4 star rate is important to you, look further.

Such a nice hotel, especially the crew there is really welcoming you feel like home because is not a big hotel that what I liked about it. The room are modern and clean. Only one negative point is the breakfast, it’s really basic not too many choices. But I had a great stay there.
