They failed to follow our request to not dry some of our items, even after the manager annotated on the ticket "don't dry" resulting in the shrinking of those items.

Paid $17 to have a nice linen wrap dress cleaned for an out-of-town wedding. The dress was transported by car in its dry cleaning bag. The morning of wedding I find one of the wrap ties detached from the dress, affixed to the hanger by a clip, and rendering it unwearable until a repair can be done. Too late for this event. One would think that if a dry cleaner damaged your clothing, they would either repair it or have the courage to let you know so you can do something about it. Very disappointing.
