Very friendly and professional, clothes were all cleaned and nicely pressed. My only minor complaint are the hours. They changed for the summer and it's harder to get their before they close at 06:00 pm.

I have been a customer of Sparkle Cleaners (Naranja and La Canada store) for several years.   Generally, I have been happy with the service.  Unfortunately, this all changed about a month ago when a repair job was badly botched and the district manager refused to do anything about it.   Often, the true test of a company’s customer service is when something goes wrong and Sparkle Cleaners failed badly.   

I had requested a simple seam repair on a pair of expensive pants.  Basically, about one inch had “come apart” around the pocket. The first attempt at repair was poorly done, although the pants were wearable.   When I requested it be done again, the second attempt completely ruined the pants and left them un-wearable.   Given the good service I had received from Sparkle in the past, I expected that your company would make every attempt to make things right and maintain a customer relationship.   Unfortunately, when I contacted management, they stated that all that could be done was to refund my money for the original repair.  When I pointed out that Sparkle had ruined the pants, the comment was that the pants were "already damaged" and this is all he could do.  It should be clear this was not a giant hole in the knee of the pants.   As pointed out earlier, it should have been a simple repair for a competent tailor.   

I was not expecting the pants to be replaced, but certainly some attempt to “make things right” could have been made.    I have never received such poor treatment even from the airlines.
