This place is a scam. I got a session which was supposed to be 1 hrs and I got 35 min and I got charged for full hour, which is $70. When I asked, they say "oh they go by unit". I have never heard of a unit. It is always by hour as thia is a service. I have put a complain with college of Physiotherapy in Ontario. What is worst that the min you get is all talk. They barely work on your problems. And now that I look at the receipt they provide, there is not HST as they bury it in the whole amount. Avoid this place. I will keep all posted about this situation.

My treatment has primarily been with Ben and Mike. The both of them are extremely knowledgeable and explain everything that’s going on, which I find helpful. They’re personable and friendly, as is the rest of the staff, which is wonderful when visits are weekly. I would definitely recommend the team at CBI.
