I got my son in for an appointment at Health for All as a newborn baby for his 2 month doctor visit and prior to bringing him, the reviews for the office made me really apprehensive...However, I am happy to say we have been to the office twice, and we like his new doctor and the staff. We have been greeted very well, at least when we visit, and his doctor is really nice to him. I feel she does a good job taking her time with him and I do not feel rushed. Also, the nurses are the best, they are so warm and kind. They administer my son's shots, and take all of his measurements...he quite likes them! I hope nothing changes. I am glad we have not had any negative experiences. I have never been to walk in hours. Yes, there are young doctors at the office, but this doesn't mean they don't know what they're doing. The presence of student doctors doesn't bother me because they are learning ... I don't know how else they would be able to learn. I guess this is a personal aspect I am okay with. I trust if they can't handle something, they would refer him to a pediatrician. It sucks to pay for parking. Its because its in the hospitals vicinity. Unfortunately, no way around it.

Good experienced doctors . However , the wait time for walk-ins is ridiculously long. at the front desk you always get asked about why you want to see the doctor.... which is a very personal question that should NOT be asked in a waiting room full of people. during walk in hours you will be seen by RESIDENT doctors who, more often than not, misdiagnose or send you back home saying nothing is wrong. building has paid parking only unless you want to park on the side of the street. trying to call in to book an appointment etc means ATLEAST a 15 minute wait

Waited 30 minutes to see nurse practitioner. Don't understand purpose of booking an appointment. Was told nothing can be done as chest pain. Informed nurse told front desk of reason to see, they could have sent us to emergency instead of wasting our time at the clinic. Parking not free. Alot of student doctors.

I've always found the front desk staff helpful and friendly, especially if you are patient, they have never given me any issues. I, however, had an extremely bad experience with Dr. Maya Maliakkal. I have since switched clinics because even with the wonderful service I was given, I could not bring myself to continue with this insensitive and misinformed doctor.

Although it can get busy (and you should be prepared to wait when you call on hold for some time, depending on the time of day), my experiences with three different doctors there have all been fantastic. I moved to London this year, and I won't be changing doctors. No chance I'm leaving this clinic.
