This review is specific to the medical clinic.  Dr. Rasaratnam is very nice and personable.  Her bedside manner and medical skills cannot be faulted.  However, the management of the front office is concerning.  While the receptionist/office manager is extremely kind and patient friendly, she appears to be the only one there to manage calls, inquiries, bookings, faxes, patient check ins, document management.  Even when there were two front desk receptionists it was difficult to make an appointment.  Now, it's near impossible.  If you are fortunate enough to speak to someone, you are put on hold for upwards of 5 minutes (after which I hung up).  If you leave a message, you likely won't be called back.  If your call is returned, they sometimes don't leave a message.  Apparently, the second receptionist has been ill for several weeks which is unfortunate, however, that should not impact patients.  Please hire a temp.  As it is, I've had to make multiple requests for the same 2 things over several months.  Recently, we ended up going to urgent care (they sent us to the ER) because we couldn't get in touch with anyone at the office despite trying several times over 2 days and then to get an appointment booked to follow-up for the ER visit, we had to go to the office in person to.  Walk in hours aren't posted on the website and we can't just pack up and go to the office to check walk in hours or hoping that they are doing walk in.  Now, I need to have my son see a doctor and I can't even get through to do that so we're off to another walk in.  We have to consider what is best for our family so we will look for a new family physician.

Impossible to get an appointment with them. They will not return voice mails or answer the phone during business hours. Talked to many other patients and they all are having extreme difficulty getting appointments. Dr.R is a very nice doctor though sadly.

The physiotherapy team are amazing.
Natasha and Emily are very wonderful people. They posses an amazing customer service, and to top it off their expertise is on another level.
Highly recommend. 
The chiropractors team are also EXCELLENT. I cannot reiterate enough how well they know their practice.They make their patients feel at ease with every visit.

A walk in clinic .... what a joke started suffering from vertigo while I was out and that was the closest place so I go there and they're like sorry we're not taking walk ins today ....you can try down the street.  Hope it doesn't get worse before I find somewhere

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PHYSIO SERVICE!
Natasha and Emily know exactly what to do to make you feel better. 
The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing making your experience all that more enjoyable. I would recommend them in a heart beat. They are very well qualified and their expertise is phenomenal.
