Visit was very positive, despite being very sick. My family doc was closed for the holidays so we needed to go to a walk-in. The doctor was very professional and thorough. There was no wait time. The receptionist was very helpful and efficient as well. My spouse and I were seen and done within 15-20 minutes.

Very good experience. Did not wait long to see the dr. He was very efficient, respectful and thorough. Would recommend this clinic.

Really happy with this place. My infant had difficulty moving his arm for 2 days and after seeing another walkin was told nothing more than a sprain. No improvement despite instructions. Went to this new clinic. The  doctor took his time, examined my child with great care and told me the arm was dislocated. Doctor explained the procedure to me, put me at ease, then relocated his arm gently. My son was happy and was moving his arm within a minute or so. So greatful to such a great doctor and pleasant clinic. Will be sure to use again. Too bad no family doctors but nice to know this place is here in a bind.

Doctors here are terrible. I am really concerned about there incompetence. I went here for breathing problems, coughing up blood and feeling dizzy, I also showed them pictures of the amount of blood I was coughing up(it was alot)   The doctor listened to my lungs and completey dismissed me, said I'm fine, didn't even send me for an x-ray.

I went to stouville hospital instead, as soon as the doctor listened to my lungs she herd fluid in them, told me I most likely had phenomena, she followed up with an x-ray and it was confirmed I did.

This clinic sent me home with phenomena, I could have died. Doctors are suppose to be trained to detect fluid in the lungs, and even if in the rare case they don't, a chest x ray should be manditory for someone who is coughing up blood.

Do yourself a favour and don't come to this clinic if you are in need of really medical attention.
