The Best. Oh my, I can't believe I haven't written a review before. I have been an extremely active cyclist, hardcore about my bikes and my riding for my entire life. And in my 50 years on this planet, I have never, not EVER, not once, been to a better bicycle store. Period. Full Stop. I could go on and on with how wise, fair, honest, thorough, etc. Jeff and his staff are, but that would look like I have some sort of crazy stalker type crush on the shop and I can't afford any more restraining orders..lol. Trust me, you will not find a better shop. I will ONLY go to Jeff. You may find a cheaper shop, you may find a faster turnaround (although that is not my experience) but you will not find a BETTER shop in all of NYC. Go here first, please trust me on this.

Flat tire, took it in and they replaced tube with a smaller one which went flat before I even put it on the bike. Owner refused to refund. Rip off.

I walked in late Saturday afternoon to get my mountain bike fixed. Jeff and the guy that fixed my bike was super nice and very knowledgeable. My front tire was fixed in no time and they explained to me exactly what was wrong and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back for any of my biking needs!! These guys really provide excellent service at a very reasonable cost.
