Just went there today to try the trek fx3. And few other bikes. They told me there was a 20% sale on 2017 models. Then after I tried the bike and really liked it they went back and said they have none in stock only have 2018 models and they cannot honor the 20%. Quite disappointed because I bought a bike for my gf just a year ago here. 

You guys basically lost a customer for life. I would have just kept coming back for all my biking needs in the future. If you tell a customer something make it a point to honor the agreement because you could not keep inventory of your bicycles.

I came in to get the position of my bike lock changed, and they fixed it on the spot without charging me a fee. It'a a great neighbourhood location for bike repairs :)

Worst customer service! When I purchased my son's balance bike at the Chelsea store, they said that I always had the option to add training wheels if my son had trouble. I called the Soho store for a price quote and  the person named Kristina was so rude and said right off that my request was ridiculous. What an attitude. She refused to even answer my question unless I could verify that I purchased a bike at the store. Kristina, if you have that attitude no customer will purchase from this store. I will make a formal complaint to Bicycle Habitat to make sure they do something about training their employees on how to properly answe phone calls!!  Kristina work on basic skills!!
