Nice! What a concept - coffee cafe and cycle lifestyle. Love the bike hooks where the coat rack would be. Great gear albeit a little pricey. Paying for the neighborhood and the unique. Looked worth it. Comfy place to hang, WiFi etc. staff a bit detached. I was giving a bag a thorough exam, but nobody interested in exposing features or selling. Took it as somewhat snobby and maybe a little judgmental cuz of my age (older guy, avid cyclist) - looks can deceive. Will return tho

Depressed and disengaged staff. Completely disinterested. The contagion seems to have flowed from the UK store. Arrived for a big spend and left with a pair of gloves - only cause  I needed them!

Smug and stuck up staff - been here twice for emergency accessory purchases because it’s one of few shops open early in the morning.  Mostly stand behind the counter, not particularly helpful when you ask questions, almost like I should be grateful I was allowed into the shop

It's an upscale bike shop, you've got to walk in expecting a bit of snobbery - it's like walking into a deluxe coffee shop and expecting to have them roll the red carpet out for you instead of visibly judge your worn out Uggs. This place has just the right touch of arrogance to make me want to spend lots of money on Richie Rich biking kit. Also, damn... have you ever walked into a regular bike shop? I've been "pretty woman'd" in those.
