They did a good job. However, no permit was pulled for the 5K job they did until the second day when they were forced to by a city inspector. Then they tried adding the cost of that permit and more labor t my estimate because they couldn't find the city main sewer tap. Thats unethical to do to a customer. They underestimated the job and wont own up to their mistakes. In my experience, I wouldn't call them out again. They either didn't know how the permit system works or tried pulling a fast one on me.

Thankfully the owner recognized the unethical nature of adding on hours because they couldn't find the tap and gaave me the price they originally quoted me.

Fast, courteous and knowledgeable. None of that "You'll have to get a well guy for that" kind of stuff.  From the faucet to the well pump, they do it all. The best plumbers in Crossville in my opinion and I've seen a few.

i highly recommend mr. rooter. the whole experience was fabulous from beginning to end. j.d. responded to my call quickly, fixed my problem (2 cracked pipes) within a day. he was super friendly and explained everything he was doing as he did it. i dont feel like i got taken advantage of, just because im a girl.he cleaned up his mess& even carried in a 50lb bag of dog food. talk about customer service! i will definately being calling him again for any future plumbing needs.
