We close from 1-2 for lunch on Mon, Wed, Thur. We are by appointment only after 5pm on Tues. The Doctor is in one Sat a month, all other Sat are for pickups and adjustments.

Called today as I am experiencing by some difficultly with my eyes, I live locally in celebration so I thought this would be the BEST and closest option. When They returned my call today they asked " do you have a job?" Yes, but what does that have to do with my eyes??? I thought the caller was rude and its doubtful after the conversation I had that I will return. So disappointed with the customer care.

Abysmal customer service. I walked into the store about an hour after it opened with a prescription and set a frames all ready to go - I just wanted to place an order. The desk staff literally told me they "couldn't accommodate a walk in sale today". I was stunned. It was like 10:00 AM with only a few other customers in the store. This is probably one of the only businesses I've ever come across that actually turned away an easy sale. Just a terrible experience overall.

I've been going here for years and I'm finally moving to another practice after this time... Dr Margaret Grand herself is quite professional. Her front desk staff and optical staff are horrendous. They only have very expensive glasses... after my insurance I'm paying more that $300 for my glasses. I was told I had to pay for them in advance for them to put an order in... I was also told my glasses would be in in 10 to 12 days. I called at 12 days and was told that they were not in yet and that they would contact me. I got a "don't call us we will call you" attitude with no explanation why. I just called at day 19 and had to leave a voicemail because NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE!! The woman at the front desk is rude and pushy and argued with me about spending more for my contacts. She wanted me to get a years supply for $600 and I had already spent over $300 for glasses... who can afford over $900 out of pocket for optical supplies?!? as soon as I get my glasses I'm researching other optomitrists and hopefully never have to come back. At these prices there is absolutely no excuse for the crappy treatment and service you receive. Look elsewhere.
