When I arrived at this place, there was not a good morning that was said. The very unprofessional receptionist asked me if i was told to be there 30 mins prior. I responded with "no. I apologize if i was to" nothing from her. She then told me I had a deductible to pay. Mind you I knew this but the amount I wasn't prepared for. I don't expect them to feel sorry for me, I don't feel sorry for myself. But the attitude given was very appalling. She just handed me back my records and I walked out. The entire experience was terrible. Stay away!!!!

after an issue with billing fortunately the manager is being very helpful but i'm hoping the issue will get fully resolved

This group does not even qualify for a single star! The manner in which my issuer has been addressed is so unprofessional. Their service and attention to patient detail is among the absolute worst in the industry. Being in the healthcare business, I understand full well what is standard and theses folks are so far off of that, it is pitiful. I was led along for over a week waiting for a simple prior authorization call for an MRI which never happened and hence I will be going to a real orthopedic office in Orlando that most people recognize! When I brought this issue up to Eileen, and asked her to pass along my comments as I was canceling my follow up ( which was not needed since they did not do A THING!!! Her response was " I don't have time to do this " I think that about says it. Folks, do yourselves a huge service. NEVER GO TO CELBRATION ORTHOPEDICS. You will regret it!!!!! Had a 10:45 apppintment for a recheck. Arrived at 10:35. After sitting there for over an hour, my husband then went up to the receptionist. He was told the doctor was running an hour and a half behind. He told the receptionist that he wished they would have told us that when we checked in. She said she had announced it but maybe not since we were there!! If they were running an hour and a half late, they could have even tried to call us.

Up until almost 2 weeks ago I thought highly of this place, it's doctors and staff. After months of being told I needed a total hip replacement I finally had it done back on February 15th. After almost a month in a rehab center I was sent home. But my pain was still bad and at times unbearable. Got to finally see the doctor, earlier than expected because of the pain and was examined and told to continue my physical therapy and medications were written. But even with the medicine the pain was non stop. I only wanted to find out why. I waited all weekend then called first thing Monday morning and asked the office what should I do because of the amount of pain I was in. I was asked if I could come in at 3pm I said yes and made arrangements to go. An hour later I'm called and told that the doctor had discharged me. Mind you I was only passed 6 weeks post op. Still recovering and in therapy for a full hip replacement. Now I have no doctor to see or one to care for me. I think this is gross negligence on the doctors part. He got tired of me complaining about the pain so he just cleaned his hands of me and the best part is the workers comp adjuster was ok with the doctor doing this. Thank you Dr Brad Homan for your great service and care
