It takes forever for a very simple appointment. I'm currently on my second visit and it's just obnoxious how long I'm having to wait to be seen. I'm adding on to this review that on this current visit I waited 2 hours and never saw the doctor. He wasn't even there! What?! My first visit I was there 3 hours. The only reason this visit was shorter is because I finally just walked out. Nothing was accomplished. Avoid Dr. Tawfik at all costs.

Only one nurse name chris nice guy but poor guy. I couldnt get a full session because everyone was pulling him especially the manager which when she saw my hands were so itchy she went on to ask me why I was here and whats wrong as if she is a nurse or docter was very weird. Then the doctor was talking to patient right in front of the open room I was in so i overheard all her medical business about having an ultra sound and nerve test done this week and another when she comes off vacation next week. I would suggest never visit here unless you have time, and money to waste and if you dont care about a diagnosis.

I have a ruptured LCL, Dr. Tawfik ordered an MRI. I had to call around for an appointment. Once I scheduled it. The hospital called to register me. All was well until Friday at 4:30pm. I was told by the hospital the Dr.s office was supposed to get an authorization. I called the office as soon as I got off phone with the hospital. They said I should not have waited to late... I said I was unaware of the need for me to call them to make sure they got an authorization... How would I know? So supposedly they called. I called 9am Monday morning (appt at 1pm) they had no idea of the need to authorize and said they would take care of it. Guess where I am waiting? I have called 15 times in the matter of 45 mins to try and get it handled and no answer. I called my insurance and they said the office could simply call with the order to authorize...Still no answer. Why are Americans fighting to keep Obamacare? This is the reality of it. Fake Insurance

I am absolutely thrilled with the care I receive from Dr. Black. As someone with a long history of chronic ailments and sports injuries, he is always extremely attentive and thorough in making sure to find the best treatments for my needs. Beyond exceptional medical care, Dr. Black has the warmest and most welcoming personality, and always makes a personal connection during visits. He is able to create a feeling as if I am being treated by a close friend or family member, which is always incredibly appreciated when I am not feeling well. Thank you, Dr. Black!

A friend of mine is new to the area and was instructed by her insurance to contact Dr. Black's office as he was her new provider. She called the office to find that appointments were booked up for several weeks. As her issue was urgent, she was then told to simply walk into the office to be seen. She arrived and was asked to fill out paperwork. Once completed, she waited for over an hour for assistance. After her wait the woman behind the desk told that they were no longer accepting new patients. She explained that she did as instructed and needed help. The rude staff showed no concern for her health and told her to leave. All of this while she was in urgent need of medical assistance. Horrible staff with no concern for those in need.
