Kept prescribing me medication for my pain which was good. But there was no attempt to find out what the problem was and to fix it. I now have all the x-rays and MRI's that show/prove the problem and I still can't get help. All of the sudden I was cut off and left out in the cold and pain. Now I can't find another doctor that will help and have had to keep visiting emergency rooms which do NOTHING. Very disappointed, especially since they were military doctors. They left a fellow veteran (me) in extreme pain with no options. Office staff will treat you as if you are contagious. Don't bother visiting this Dr.

The worst experience I have ever had! The first visit was extremely fast and efficient. However, my second visit was just beyond horrible. I came in at least an hour early for my scheduled appointment. There was no other patient at the time. After about 30 minutes, there were patient who just came to the office and they were entertained first. Then, after an hour and a half waiting I still was not called inside. I arrived at 2:20 and my appointment was 3:30. I was not entertained or called inside until 3:40. The time that no one was in the office, they could have called me in. My only reason for having the second visit was to review my test results. Finally, after waiting for about an hour I was called in and waited for the PA for another 15 minutes. Overall, the service was beyond horrible. The secretary and PA was not helpful at all. I have never even seen the primary doctor. I do no recommend at all!

I cannot start to believe the 2 negative reviews I've been reading, So here comes mine. My experienced with numerous Doctor's thru out the years is large been that I have children , have chronic back issues and I have my share of ER visits so that been said the negative reviews these people must've been high. We have been patients of Dr. bransdorff for over 6 years and we have no complaints what so ever. Dr.Bransdorf and the PA DR. Burns are both AWESOME!!!!, Professional but the most important they Care for every one of their patients. The staff is always busy that's how good and busy they are however they are allways extremely courteous and Professional. To the people who wrote the negative comments "GROW UP" no one is perfect and a medical facility like like Dr's Bransdorf is difficult to find. Finder keeper and the 2 bad reviews looser sweepers, LMAOF I highly recommend Dr.Bransdorf and his staff.

This office staff is the WORST I have ever come across. The office manager is worthless. Prescription request takes 3 to 4 weeks if at all. I have been with these people for 6 months and cannot ever get an appointment with the doctor I always have to see the PA. I AM WARNING YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE AS I AM...
