We had a unexpected sick visit over the school break. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The office is very inviting for kids. My son was treated and we were on our way quite quickly. Would highly recommend the practice!

At every juncture, this office has demonstrated incompetent staff and poorly implemented procedures. They have fumbled appointments, made unnecessary appointments, nearly provided vaccines to my one month old that were indicated only for two months due to a "mistake" in their paperwork, and completely missed medical issues that were immediately apparent to other healthcare professionals. I understand that to err is human, but what I experienced borders on gross negligence. Additionally, they have repeatedly sent bills erroneously. The insurance representatives I have spoken with have repeatedly called to try and correct their inaccurate charges- they either ignore phone calls or make clearly false justifications. In this case they claimed to not have billed the insurance for a particular date because they didn't have my insurance information. This is absurd as there were two claims made for earlier dates of service. My information never changed. I had high hopes for this office, as my previous experience in Florida Hospital in Celebration was positive. If there was a rating lower than one star, it would be my honest score. Very disappointed.

The doctors and staff were wonderful! They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. My daughter loved the doctor too. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

We received Fantastic care and compassion for my 2 kids! The staff was especially accommodating for back to school physicals and vaccines. Thank you Celebration Pediatrics!

I wouldn't even give this office one star. I made an account to just leave a review. I've been coming here for 2 years. The office was great, loved Dr. Ali! Called to make a checkup for my little one and come to find out she's no longer there. No notice of her leaving OR the office changes they were making like making the office half into some other office. The office is chaotic and there is no room for Pts in the waiting area. The old office staff was good especially the old MA's. Long story short, took my little one for her checkup and requested a simple blood test because she's been having problems. The "Dr." that I've never met that doesn't know my child's history looked at me like I was stupid and kept hounding for a reason as to why I wanted a simple blood test for MY child. This office has turned into a zoo with a bunch of rude, clueless people "trying" to run it. OH and when you have a question for after hours they charge you an extra 20$ for a Dr. to call you. I will be looking for a new pediatrician.
