Great selection but clueless staff at the men’s clothing section. Asked a woman for jeans. She let us trying and I had to look for her for like 20 min to find the tailor for an adjustment. Very bad service for such an upscale place. Salespeople at shoe section are great though.

Much smaller than the Madison Avenue flagship. Displaying the upscale and fashion forward selection of premium brands. Clean and stylish store design. Make sure to visit when you are in this area and do not have time to go to the uptown flagship.

I generally look for 3 things in the places I frequent:

Service - super friendly staff. Very purposeful and efficient

Offering - came here for a fragrance. Huge selection.

Atmosphere - very relaxed. Very efficient. Very clean.

Had dinner at Fred's. What a fantastic, civilized place for dinner. The host is warm and inviting and the service is impeccable. Great food and plenty of it. This place is highly recommend!

Three stars, don't get me wrong I like the styles and the staff is great, but I did not see a single purple dinosaur the whole time I was there. Hence 3*
