Although this store is a lot smaller than their other locations it's great for shopping on the go. Basically you're in and out quickly if you need to be and the sales attendants are very friendly and helpful.

We had a dress disaster while getting ready for a wedding. We went over to Bloomingdale’s and up to the 5th floor. Explained that we were late for a wedding and needed a dress quick. It was the busiest time on a Saturday, but she briskly got us some options and into a fitting room. The first one worked and now we’re in the cab en route to the wedding and we might actually be on time. Thank you again!!!

Always seems to be busy. Multiple floors. Staff polite, but not as knowledgeable. Good selection with decent inventory offerings. Bathroom is also available.

liars and thieves. When a customer asks what to do, does what they were told by an employee and then finds out that the employee lied and the company will do nothing to make the situation better. This is a company that is too big to have good customer service and will probably go out of business soon because of it. Oh and they know they screwed up. But there is "nothing they can do"

MUST READ: I had the WORST customer experience at Creed in Bloomingdale’s. The saleswoman was snobbish, apathetic and obviously judges people by their appearances. When I was there she was serving a lady who was wearing full make-up and a nice wool coat. There were a bunch of used test strips so I knew that the lady must had tried quite a lot before I came. I was just wearing an athletic jacket that day, the saleswoman looked at me and just said a “Hi”. I asked if I could try the Irish Tweed, but she gave me Aventus. I thought she was just hearing me wrong (not likely because they sound totally different), so I asked again. She sprayed the Irish Tweed for me reluctantly without saying a word, while I clearly heard that she was explaining the notes and ingredients of every perfume that the lady next to me tried. When I pointed at another one and asked her if I could try that, she did nothing except saying that “that one’s out of this world and not that wearable”. WOW. I was so shocked. I did’t even bother asking to try other perfumes after she gave me that attitude. So here’s a lesson learned: if you are thinking about going to this place and get decent service there you better first think about how to make yourself look like a rich person. BTW I’m gonna gave my Creed to my friend and never buy another Creed again because this horrible experience will come back to me every time I use this brand.
