Champa Garden has definitely become our new dinner spot. They serve up tasty Lao and Thai dishes  that will make you continue to salivate long after your should've stopped eating. We like to take friends, order a few dishes, and serve it up family style. 

Heads up they're pretty strict about closing on time so don't be upset if you show up half an hour before closing and they won't seat you. Also, expect to wait up to an hour if you show up at peak dinner time. This place gets packed. But in my experience, once you've been seated everything goes by pretty quick! 

Minus one star for serving the Thai iced tea in single use platic cups when we were dining in, sorry.

The "couple of quails" app is a simple, yet delicious starter and the Thai Fried Rice is flavorful and unique. Nice decor, very, very clean tables (the cleanliness of the condiment bar was pleasantly surprising) and friendly, attentive staff. Fast service. Will return!

This place has definitely gained popularity since we’ve moved here four years ago. It’s always busy and fortunately their take out ordering is pretty quick. But if they’re really busy it’s also hard to get them to answer the phone because it’s always busy. For vegetarians, the options are pretty good, most things can be made with tofu. The Thai fried rice is really good but sometimes it’s inconsistent with flavor. Other favorites Pad Thai & Pad Se-Ew noodles.

Flavorful, Fresh fabulous food.. Sooo good!! Very good prices.. Can't beat it.. My fave Oakland restaurant!! Thank u Champa Garden for being just what I want when I eat out..
