Went and got my oil changed on my new Volkswagen and the service advisor named Everett made sure that I had the right oil and the right filter and was extremely nice, I would recommend their service department to anybody.

I bought my second Ram truck from Patterson Marshall and they are 5 stars for me. This goes from hassle free purchase to vehicle services. Suzanne takes care of business and her customers. Richard Traweek runs Patterson Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep and Toyota. He will make sure customers and their vehicles are taken care of.    👍to Patterson Marshall.

Deceptive liars: salesman & finance manager. Finance mgr extremely rude to my bank rep. He also refused to fax/mail a paper for signature, requiring me to drive 1 hr to dealership. Lied about extended warranty terms. Service dept claims to be ‘bad news deliverer’ concerning terms of contract. So in other words, hassle with service dept to honor black and white contract. Drove away with same error msgs that I went to get fixed. Only thing that goes right there is an oil change.
