Bad experience.  I haven’t done a lot of business with this shop but I did buy a bicycle there several years ago.  I went in today to buy a couple of inner tubes.  There was some problem with their computer and after waiting for about 20 minutes while watching the clerk stare blankly at his screen I politely said I would come back another time.  As I was leaving the clerk called me an “ass”. 

Fortunately there are other bike shops in Fort Smith.  I would encourage you to avoid this place at all costs.

I like coming here. They always have good service. The prices are reasonable-- that's hard to find in the cycling  business.  They take the time to make sure all my questions get answered.

They were very helpful.  When I told them that I was giving bicycles to Toys for Tots, they gave me a discount.  That proves to me that they are good people.

Best place in town to get bikes and gear. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can tell these guys actually RIDE and are passionate about the sport. They keep a very good selection of bikes and just about any type of gear you can think of in stock. Also they are one of the few places I've ever shopped at that will greet you by name when you walk through the front door.
