If you’re hitting the slopes of Northstar, Sierra or Heavenly then we are in the perfect location for you to come fill up your belly. Our restaurant is a great spot for taking a break for lunch or for having dinner with your family. The kids love our kids menu, and everyone enjoys our Aloha Chicken Sandwich, Gyros and Burgers.

This is an awesome Tahoe mainstay! It's been in its location, just near the border or NV and CA in King's Beach, and serves amazing, delicious burgers and more. In the past, I've had their bacon sour cream burger, which is amazing! Their char broiled burgers are juicy and delicious. This most recent visit I enjoyed their fish and chips. The only complaint I have is the size of the fish, but it was still very tasty. The tartar sauce was also great, not sure if it is homemade or not. I highly recommend Char Pit! Give it a try! Good luck getting a seat!

This was the first time I had eating at a restaurant where they make your order right then and there! The atmospohere is lively and the workers always have a big smile on their faces. Once my food was received you could tell there was effort put into my order. The burger taste was more unique than any ordinary fast food chain that I wouldn't consider this a fast food chain, but more of a traditional American burger restaurant! The burger flavor is more smoky and the size of the burger is fairly large with a great price!

Place is great. Great food great service and incredible atmosphere. First time in incline and next time I'm in the area I will visit this place again

One of the best hidden hole in the wall burger joints. If your up this way it is a must stop, and have a shake, malt, burger and fries. Absolutely love this joint.

Went for the first time a bit ago after hearing about the awesome food. Must have been an off day but the sandwich was lots of bread with very little chicken breast or toppings. Soggy, cold fries. Was not worth the money at all. The first time will be my last time, bummer.
