I have recently had 2 very positive experiences with both Dr. Davidson and Dr. Word. They were both extremely professional and spent quite a bit of time with both my daughter and myself. Questions were answered thoroughly and we felt as though we were very well cared for. Nursing and office staff were very friendly and helpful. As a nurse I strive to deliver excellent care and was very pleased to find that this practice has the same goal!

Took my daughter here a few months back and Dr.Word was friendly but, they never called in her medicine or followed up with my daughters treatment plan. I’ve call numerous times since December with no luck . I just spoke to the Administrator In charge and he’s working to find out what happened, I’ve since found a new doctor

I ended up visiting this place 3 times and even had a patch test done. They had no clue on what was causing my alergic reaction. I found out a month later, from an arborist, that it was poison oak. This is there main profession and they could'nt even identify something as common as that. They still wanted me to keep setting up follow ups $$$$. This ended up costing a few thousand. Im in the wrong business. Thanks for nothing.

The doctors are good. But the office staff is a joke. Always have problems getting prescriptions filled due to the fact that this office drags their feet to get anything done

Allergy shots are quick and painless. Staff is very nice and professional. 
Usually get allergy shots within minutes of arriving
