I have been seen at this location for Vertigo and for allergies. I loved both physicians and staff. They LISTEN!! They operate on the 80/20 rule. They listen 80% of the time and then they tell you what they think, what they want to try, they want to know what you are feeling. As one of the physicians said, "treatment is a team game, you can't do this alone and I can't treat you without your participation." I love it!

You go to the doctor for help and privacy. While my appointment I heard the nurses and other staff talking about a nice young lady who seemed to came to get help with her ENT issues. I felt bad because the three nurses at the computer where making the jokes and the doctors standing around was approving the behavior. Such a shame. They probably do that to all their patients. The nurse at the end was mimicking her, " I can breathe now". Which doesn't seemed like her condition was fix cause she had tissue in her hands & still having issues breathing. A total disappointment to see this, I work in an doctor office, we respect our patients.

The experience my daughter encounter was not why we was referred to this facility. We will be going to another location.

They go above and beyond to make you feel better. Such a warm friendly place.

I have severe allergies and chronic sinusitis. Dr. Dozier has helped me with sinus surgery and getting my allergies under control with allergy shots. He also put tubes in my Childs ears and it has worked wonders! Office is always friendly!
