I was referred to this clinic by a former worker. I was new in town and needed a Dr. I saw Dr. Mark Little a few times. He appeared to be a nice guy. A little older but nice. I had a brain scan fine. I called the office 2x for the results. I was told they didn't come in today, check tomorrow. Less than 2 hrs later I got a called from a Neurologist office to schedule an appointment. I was referred by Dr. Little. Of course they can't tell you more over the phone. So I called Dr. Little office back. I'm desperate to know what's going on with me. As I was explaining why I need a call back from Dr. Little to Melissa. She became irritated. She explained to me that everything is done now "so what"? Well... so a lot. I would like to know my results from my Dr. I would like to know what I'm facing. I would like to communicate with my Dr. I was hung up on. So I called back and Paula answered. She took my info and said she would give it to the Dr. when he finish seeing patients. No callback. So the next morning I called him and told him about the previous day. He explained to me that I had access fluid around my spine and in my brain that needs treatment. But he don't know much more about the condition so he referred me. He apologized for the lack of communication and the way things went with Melissa. Then he said. There are plenty of Dr. Offices on this road ya know. I'll definitely start looking. If your looking for a good compassionate Dr. office, that's knowledgeable and understanding. Just keep looking on this road. Because it's not here. As for Melissa. She really needs to go back through medical training and learn how to professionally deal with patients.

Care has declined over the years. Dr Mary used to be very attentive to my family's needs. But lately is almost like hurry up, there is nothing I can do for you, get out. I went to her with complaints of shortness of breath. She told me it was stress. She prescribed medicine for depression but I explained to her I am not depressed. She said get rid of all of your stressors and the only other thing I can do is refer you to a psychiatrist.

I was referred to Dr. Little a couple years back and she has been my primary physician since. It's very easy to get an appointment and she takes time and cares deeply about her patients (no rush in, rush out like a doc in the box.) I've always had a great experience with the rest of the staff, and they have been great about following up when necessary.

DO NOT go to this office for any reason. Dr. Mark Little does not follow up with his elderly patients! He does not accept responsibility of his staff not doing their job! My 83 yr old mother needed her medical records transferred from out of state they were suppose to be requested on May 8th and never were requested at all. My mother need medicine to remove fluid off her lungs and reduce her high blood pressure. Dr Little do not even call her it's been a month. When I finally call today he told me he shouldn't have to follow up she should have called him! I'm livid and shocked. He just kept making excuses. They operate in the stone age, they do no even have printed fax confirmations print when the send faxes so there is proof of his employees doing their jobs, so patients are not put at risk! His lack of consideration and care for his patients is completely unprofessional and unethical.

Great Doctors, both Dr. Mark and Dr. Mary are very courteous, professional, very knowledgeable, and thorough in their care of my family's medical needs.
