years ago Dr Warren walked into my husband's room at Summerville medical center to let us know he would taking him back immediately for surgery due to the fact that his colon had perforated. He took the time to explain everything to us in ways we understood!! Surgery was successful! We have called on him 2 more times for hernia repair and illeostomy issues.  He is always there to answer any and all questions and his bedside manner is amazing!!

The surgeon was great, however, the office staff is another story.  I have been waiting for a refund since January, 2015.  Myself and my insurance company have called them numerous times and we keep getting the run around.  I keep being told I will receive it eventually, but still have yet to get it.  The office manager is very rude and the billing staff does not do a good job.  I hope one of the Drs. read this and address accordingly.  A happy patient starts with a good office staff, which this office does not have.

I have and a long standing relationship with this surgeon.  My first experience was in 2000 when he assisted Dr. Tuten in removing my gall bladder while I was 7 mos. pregnant.  I have had 6 surgeries since and I had some complications.  None of which were the Dr.'s fault.  In fact, due to his diligence and care, I truly feel he saved my life.  When all other doctors would rather turn their backs on my complicated situation, I know I have an angel in Dr. Warren.  My family has used him with great success also and I owe and trust my life to him.
