Longtime customer with multiple cars.  Service at this location has gone down the tubes and will only now go there for warranty work on my wife's car.  Last several visits for inspection or oil change have taken many hours.  Average of three hours for oil change and four hours for inspection, and they knew I was waiting each time.  The last time for inspection last summer, after waiting three hours, I asked just about noon what the status of my car was, and was informed was at "cleanup" and would be ready in a few minutes.  After another half hour of waiting I walked behind the shop to their cleaning area, saw my car, and saw some random guys sitting around having lunch.  Having friggin lunch!  My time is valuable, please don't waste it.  45 minutes later it was brought around, no apologies made, and I had hurriedly leave, late for another appointment.  Only later I notices all my change and some bills were missing from my center console.

And last time there a week ago for major work on my car, it wasn't done the day it was promised, a Thursday, and would have to keep it another day.  Friday comes and they say they didn't get the right control arm part, so sorry maybe Saturday.  Saturday wasn't done and no update made.  No offer for loaner.  Monday comes and goes with no updates and no calls back and call Monday afternoon, and was cheerfully told would be done by Tuesday.  Thanks "Donnie"!  And he never bothered to call me back for a status.  So no car for several days.  At least they didn't steal my change.  But the bill of $2K was theft enough for a control arm and engine mount bolt.  My fault for bringing it back after several bad experiences.  Sayonara, taking my business elsewhere.

Buying a car is scary after ten years I was on the look knowing what I wanted but wasn't sure where to buy. I drove off Charlie Obaugh in Staunton with confidence after working with Adam from finance who covered everything thorough that I needed to know and Glenn the sales manager who gave me peace of mind. I felt comfort in my new SUV.

I could not be more pleased with the collision repair performed by your body shop. My 2016 Silverado was damaged after striking a deer at 70 mph resulting in considerable body damage and the deployment of the side curtain airbags. Ken, the Charlie Obaugh repair representative in the body shop, was fantastic. I was provided detailed information on the repairs before work began.  A special effort was made to make sure everything was perfectly repaired before returning my vehicle as I live 150 miles away and could not easily return to correct any issues. The quality of the work performed was outstanding, including paint and body panel alignment/fit, and the interior. When those curtain airbags go it really disrupts the interior. I am delighted to report it is virtually impossible to detect the location of any of the repairs. I also received a followup call from Ken the day after retrieving my vehicle and driving home 150 miles to make sure all was well.  I was told I'd get another call in 5 days just to be sure.  

Immediately after the deer strike I thought the extent of the damage would likely result in me selling the vehicle after it was repaired.  To my surprise, the vehicle was returned in as good condition as it was before the accident.  I now fully intend to keep this vehicle for many years.  Thank you Charlie Obaugh, and a special thanks to Ken for making sure everything was handled as close to perfect as you can get!

My husband and I went to Charlie Obaugh in Staunton va and our sale consultant  was Beth Clemmer. She was amazing she went beyond to get us into our 2017 Chevy Cruze..she put our  needs first ..I love her personality. Thank you  so much Beth..

My husband took our Encore in for its first service appointment.  He was blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the staff, and how easy it was to get to the service area.  He said he was treated like royalty.  Thanks for the continued great customer service from purchase to maintenance!!  Keep up the great work!
