My experience here at Valley Volkswagen was awesome. Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice and helpful. I would like to thank Ray, Eddie, and Maher for all their help and being very informative. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle.

What an awesome experience!! We went into the service center to have our Passat serviced and wound up purchasing a brand new 2018 Volkswagen Atlas.  From the moment we stepped into the center, we were treated as royalty. Immediately we were offered something to drink and a fantastic center to rest while our car was serviced.  This wonderful man approached me and introduced himself as Ray Hatcher. He showed me the new cars and I informed him that I was only having my car serviced. Needless did I realize that the new Atlas on the showroom floor spoke to me, there was my dream SUV.  The rest is history, and I found my family at Valley Volkswagen forever.  Love this entire staff and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

The Valley VW team is, simply put, outstanding. This was my first new car purchase and I was prepared for the inevitable bad experience, but the whole process with Valley was just fantastic. They were quick to respond to me internet inquiry and more than willing to entertain my inquiries and requests over the course of a week to get to a good deal. I talked to a lot of dealerships across the East Coast looking for a Touareg, and the Valley Team provided the absolute best experience out of them all. They even picked me up from the Amtrak station in Charlottesville when I came to get the car! Make the trip to Staunton to see these folks - you won’t regret it!  And Ellen Roberson isn’t listed below for an individual rating, but she gets a big 5 stars for being my main point of contact during the process. She absolutely made this deal a reality!

I've always had great experiences with Valley Volkswagen.  Both with their sales and service.  Have bought a couple cars from them and had even more serviced there.  Good people doing good work.

The repair technicians at Valley Volkswagen were terrific they jump right on my car working after hours to try to get me back on the road I really appreciate that good job thumbs up all the technicians there even the management terrific workplace
