I love the Honda service experience! The service representatives are courteous and make sure they explain your options, as well as pricing, clearly.  They don't overbook appointments so that you can get in and out in a timely fashion. The waiting area is comfortable as well.

Excellent customer service provided by Jenna and finance department. Everyone was able to meet my wishes in regards to what I was looking in a car and what I could afford. This is my second purchase from Valley Honda of Staunton and my family’s third. Each and every time they have went far and beyond. Highly recommend to any Honda lover who is looking for more than just a sale but a relationship! This well ran establishment will do there best for you!

We worked with Clement Bruner at Valley Honda in Staunton, VA and he was Awesome! We would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I know he will continue to take great care of us long after the purchase.

Looking for a new van got an Honda Odyssey I could afford. 2018 white Odyssey is better than the Sienna in price, gas mileage, safety and technology. My Ex van is awesome. Save time and come down to Valley Honda.
