This is the worst location I have ever been to. I have lived in multiple states and taken my Nissan to dealers to have work done and never had any problems. I don't know what is wrong the staff here or the employees but this place is the worst. I have given them several opportunities to change my mind and every time they fail even more than the time before.

Reasons they suck(my experiences):

I have taken my car in for a simple oil change on a few occasions now. I get harassed my sales representatives while I was waiting for my oil change in the service waiting room. After telling the sales rep several times I was not interested in a new car that I was perfectly happy with my current car, he finally gets the idea and leaves me alone(terrible sales tactic).Lets bother the people who come in to have our Nissan problems fixed, but lets see if they want a new one with new problems.  Another time I came in for an oil change, I am pulled aside to be told by a clerk (and shown) my dirty air filters. I told him I would do it and he could just put them back. Also in the same visit they tried to tell me I had an O-ring leak. I laughed and said no I don't, after a third time of trying to sell me another item of now transmission flush because that what Nissan standards are for my mileage. They quoted me this god awful amount for the work and I said no thank you just an oil change please (because that's the only reason I came in and because they keep sending me stupid coupons in the mail). Several days later when I did some maintenance myself I noticed the clerk had put my air filters back into there housing upside down AND BACKWARDS. I no longer take my car to them for maintenance for the lack of competency theses people have. DO NOT GO HERE! 

Another reference. My husband thought I was lying about the idiocy of theses people so when he was in the market for a new car, he decided to pop in and see what they could do for them. My husband who has perfect was given and stupid number and monthly payment of over $500 when they were advertising they could get ANYONE even people without awful credit in cars for under $200. So after he was so hot headed from those idiots and they way they treated him. (Adam i think his name was- straight lies to your face to get a sale). This place won't even look at you until they run your credit and will straight lie to you just to do so). He left there went and talked to FORD (great people, great place) the next day and we walked away with a car in our budge.

If there were Negative stars theses people deserve it.

My experience in my purchase was beyond awesome! I worked with Tabatha Hummel who was a total energetic yet comforting saleslady. She kept me calm and confident through the process! I was recommended to her by a mutual friend and I highly recommended her to others! What a blessing she is to work with and I truly believe she’s there for the duration that I own this car. Not a “sell, then be gone” kind of person. Bruce was amazing too. Showed you the numbers that I had confidence in. I’d done my research and I believe I was treated fairly! I’ve always advertized this organization and will continue! Every person I met in this place was awesome, even down to the girl who helped me back into the parking lot. I’ve never had a car buying experience like this in my 58 years of life! Y’all keep up the awesome work! Thanks for everything!

Called and made an appointment for a synthetic oil change and $9.99 inspection. I got an offer in the mail for $15 off synthetic oil change and $9.99 inspection. Got the car back and was charged full price for the inspection and got regular change with $10 off instead of synthetic. I'll continue to have my oil changed at Walmart from now on.

I haven't bought a car through this dealer but rather had to take my car here for repairs. The service team was very nice and helpful and while my car was being repaired they let me use a brand new 2018 Subaru Legacy free of charge. Once my car payments are done I will certainly be shopping here first!

It was dang diggaty sweet the people are so  great you have the best folks working hard for you I  think raises for those great folks that walked me right into what I wanted  yeah there great and worth there weight  in gold !!!!
