I purchased my vehicle here and thought the best place to bring my Chevy for repairs would be the Chevy dealer I purchased it from right? WRONG!!! I brought my vehicle in for some over heating issues. They said my head gasket blew and it would cost $3000 for repairs!!! And said that he would have to send my block out for testing and it might cost more!!! I went to pick my vehicle up to get a second opinion and was told I had to pay $110 for the diagnostics. I took my vehicle to An auto repair specialist in Staunton. The gentleman there tested my block and tried hard to find an issue with the head gasket and was unable to! Charged me $90 for a couple of hoses that had pin holes in them. This place is a scam!! I will never take my car there nor will I purchase another vehicle from them again!!

I had a bulb changed on my car headlight. Everyone that worked there was extremely nice. We had to take the car back because the bulb shot but, they were on top of taking care of the issue.

Charlie Obaugh always takes great care of our vehicles and my own personal vehicle. They took care of my dead battery and gave me a great deal on tires. If you’re looking for one of the best dealerships around, go there!

My  experience at Charlie Obaugh was great! Kelly King the Service Consultant was very friendly,  professional & fast!! I will definitely be coming back to Charlie Obaugh in Waynesboro

After going to many other places and being told that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car, I decided to take the plunge and bring my car here. It was the best thing I ever did!  They showed that they cared and wanted my vehicle to be safe. Tyler Bunce drove my car around a couple times, inspected it in depth, and came up with a plan to solve what seemed to be the problem with the Service Advisors (Kelly, Brain, and Chris) and the Service Manager (George). I brought my car in and the repairs took longer than expected, but they made sure I was taken care of. They also made sure that my vehicle looked better when I picked it up than I did when I dropped it off!  This is the best service I have EVER had. I always hesitated going to the dealership for service, but I highly recommend getting your service done at this dealership for quality work and EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
