Just bought a vehicle from Jim Snead Ford two days ago! Very pleased with the vehicle, the customer service, the pricing, interest rate and the salesman, Mr. Chris Gamble!! Very honest, had a great personality, exceptional communication skills, very knowledgeable!! He made our recent  car buying experience the most pleasant of them all!! He worked with us and his coworkers to get the best vehicle for the best price. Highly recommend this dealership and salesman Chris!! Will be buying from them again when we make our next vehicle purchase! Thanks to all who were involved with our experience at Jim Snead Ford!

I have read through the reviews and I am I VERY sorry to say my experience was not great, in fact it was horrible.  I was working with a salesman online.  He quoted me a bottom line price but then added they would beat other written offers by $200.00 but I had to bring the offer in print.  I did and they refused to honor their offer basically saying the other dealer was not being honest about their price.  I like to support local but this is one that I just have to say no to ever again.  My thought is I understand you are a smaller dealership, but don't make offers you are not willing to support in the end.

I had a great experience purchasing two vehicles here over the last 6 years - the staff is great. Service is awesome as well. I would highly recommend visiting Stacey in Sales, and Sarah and Doug in service.

Excellent people, great experience. I really enjoyed working with everyone here. Chris Gamble was my sales contact - he was excellent to work with. The sales team wants to make sure you get a great deal and that you are happy with the purchase. I'd recommend them to my friends - and I am a very careful buyer. You are in good hands here.
