I am only rating this a 1 star because the newer cashier was very sweet. I was in town shopping for my wedding with my family and they had one dress that I needed, the girl who welcomed us at the front said they if they didn't have anymore that they would help us when we check out by calling another store location to see if they had one in stock, we thought perfect how helpful right? No, not the case. There was a newer cashier whose name started with an A who was asking for help from the second cashier, Paige, who was extremely impersonal and rude. The newer cashier continued asking for help and she seemed like she had no interest in helping her help us. She said "the item should be online", so while the newer girl was calling we looked online and told her it was not online and she ignored us to continue calling the next people up to the cash register. When there was a break in customers and we were still standing there trying to get help she went back on the floor instead of trying to help us or the cashier who was helping us. I am an assistant manager at an apartment complex so customer service is VERY important to me and if you cannot fulfill that particular job duty you should not deal with customers. As we were walking out of the store I was discussing with my family how disappointed I was and a women who was walking into the store over heard us and stopped me and said she had the same experience when she went in there stating that the "girls were extremely rude" when she was in last. I love this store but with this experience and the attitude that Paige had I highly doubt I will ever go back to this location. I hope the store managers take this seriously and will make changes but I will not hold my breath. Good luck to anyone who shops there.

2nd favorite location . I wish there clearance was a little easier to access like the snellville location. The store is clean & nice except where the charlie girl section use to be that's now the clearance section. But the staff is always helpful and nice.
