What I thought was going to be a super-crappy experience turned into a serendipitously delightful one! Jimmy is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, forthright, and helpful. He even cleaned and appraised my wedding/engagement rings (which I had no intention of selling)! I'm  so glad I chose this place to sell my old gold jewelry and am looking forward to going back.

Undercut values by over half even with profit margins. Saw a ring gave price and never weighed it and under sized stones to make value even less. Carefull they will take advatage of those w/ little knowledge.

I've worked in retail most of my life & Jimmy delivers 5 star customer service hands down!  His mood never changes at his workplace and if he does have bad days I can't tell.

Honest and very helpful. I had a great experience getting rid of some old jewelry and trinkets. They were very knowledgeable and forthright. Next time I find something else worth selling, I know exactly were to go. Thanks again!
