I love this store and being able to catch there promotions....Sabina the assistant manager was very nice and she took care of me ....I always enjoy their customer service and the special treatment I get as a customer... I feel valued and appreciated ...one satisfied customer😄😍

This place is the worst jewelry shopping experience I've ever had! When I asked for help, the associates simply said no or that they were busy not making sure to check in once they were free or sending someone to help! This is outrageous considering a very rude woman named Monique asked a couple right next to us if they needed help but did not ask me, even though she denied me help earlier. Store is understaffed and understocked and workers are EXTREMELY condescending and rude to deal with. Once Monique did help me, she was rude and disrespectful even though I waited 30 minutes. The store is too crowded and Monique should be fired! I didn't even want to buy anything in the end.

went around closing to buy myself something nice for once and some girl helped me out didn't get her name. picked out what i wanted but decided to keep looking for charms. then the same lady went to help someone else which is understand able but after she finished helping them out she left the store and completely forgot about me. she seemed like she was in a rush to go home and made me wait 15-20 mins just for her to walk out on me

Have you ever heard that a Visa Gift Card is not accepted without a Pin #? I Callled Visa and they said they never heard about it, they could have ran it as a credit, Words  from Visa. I told the manager I believe her name was Tamisha, she was absolutely not friendly. After waiting 20min to be waited on and another 30 to make up my mind, I walked out without my purchase that was already wrapped up. The card was for $50.00 and the remaing was going to be w/cash. To bad for them, I went to Parsons in Suwanee and used my gift card with no problem.
All she had to say that it was"policy". Very poor service. I can say the sales lady was great.Never stepping in that store again.

do not shop here what so ever. I bought a ring here less than a month ago and it was still in resaleable condtion. i got it a size to big and went back to exchange it. but for some reason when presented with the receipt they wouldn't allow me to exchange it. very displeased with the service here.
