Made a dinner reservation on line for Sunday May 27 and requesting a table by the windows for 5 persons. I confirmed the reservation on Saturday midday by phone. We arrived on time and had to wait to be seated (which is understandable), we were not seated anywhere near a window as was requested. The waiter came and told us that this would be an interactive experience which we welcomed.
We ordered one dozen oysters  and the crab dip, we waited 30 minutes before our appetizers came to the table, we were given 7 oysters which looked sorry, when we inquired about the oysters we  were told that they were out of them.
We then ordered five dinners (prime rib and crab cakes) we then waited 45 minutes to get the food which came barley warm to the touch.   
We were celebrating a birthday and this was a very poor performance by the restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant because of the poor service and quality of the food we received.

I asked for medium rare and the steak came out medium.  It took too long for the server to appear to get it correct and my wife had finished her steak when mine was returned.  The ribeye was poor quality with too much fat and inedible portions.  When we asked to have the remaining food boxed, our server just brought the boxes and put them on the table instead of boxing the food.  They profess to be a higher end restaurant but their food and service don't match up.  I would not go back.

You cannot beat the views here. A classy upscale restaurant with great service and amazing seafood dishes. If you are not a seafood fan you are sure to find something else on the menu that will catch your eye.

Food is still very good. Salad bar is still the best around. Homemade Ceasar is excellent. Service is very good and the the views are great if you get near a window. 
Reservations are needed for dinning
The bar is usually very busy with folks killing time waiting for tables.

Terrible.   Crab cakes were awful.  I grew up in Maryland so I know what they should taste like.  They were all filler (bread).  My friend just didn't eat them after one bite.  I had the stuffed flounder.  It was fishy, crab meat was terrible and whole meal was mushy.  Friends didn't eat them either.  Salad bar was on other side of restaurant, so it's hard for old people or someone with a cast to get there.  WAY TOO OVERPRICED!  We all will never go there again.  View and service was great.
